Leviticus 6:5-7

⁵ or anything else about which he has sworn falsely. He shall repay it in its entirety and then add one-fifth of its value to the payment. He shall pay this to its owner when he admits his liability. ⁶ Then he shall bring to the priest as his penalty to the Lord an unblemished ram from the flock (or its equivalent^[a]) as a restitution offering. ⁷ The priest shall make atonement for him before the Lord, so that he may be forgiven for whatever he has done to incur liability.
